You will also learn about conflict resolution, substance abuse health issues, prevention and treatment planning. Upon graduation, you will be prepared to work in a diverse range of settings such as child, youth and family social service agencies, and programs concerned specifically with alcoholism, drug abuse, family violence and the aged. Additional work environments may include group homes, correctional and community mental health centres, and facilities for the physically and developmentally handicapped.
