MBA program without GMAT

Is there a MBA program without GMAT testing? I mean why have all the experience, BA, and product training etc, when systems demand for us to take another test. Why is it that the school systems still base the acceptance of students on standardized testing? From the SAT, GRE, and every other test we've taken in college and at work, the GMAT is just another sign of an unjustified test that preassumes a biased over mankind. If you've ever looked over the GMAT, and I'm sure you have, the test is ridiculously hard. In other words, like every other standarized test, the GMAT only signifies how much extra time you have on your hands to study for the test or how "book smart" you are. We all know that most jobs and skills require that we master our practice rather than an informal test, which the GMAT is. I understand taking the LSAT and the Bar, but the GMAT has nothing to do with how well I sell phramaceutical products or how well I market a toyota. I'm all for MBA programs without GMAT testing because I believe everyone should have the opportunity to strive for a master's degree based upon their experience and ability to apply themselves. By the way, getting your MBA online would be option to getting your MBA degree without GMAT testing.
