CAD - Architectural Drafting

It’s time to turn that desire into a career with an associate degree in computer-aided design/architectural drafting. In this program, you’ll master the computer software necessary to prepare drawings commonly used in the building industry. You’ll also receive training on recent releases of industry-standard computer-aided design applications, as well as a theoretical background that includes mathematics, communications skills and career management techniques. And with practical lab projects and a learn-by-doing environment, you’ll have the opportunity to immediately begin putting your knowledge into practice. Our industry-experienced faculty will mentor you to make sure you’re prepared to enter into your career with the entry-level skills necessary to begin working in the drafting field as an architectural drafter, CAD drafter, structural drafter or auto CAD professional.

- Apply the foundational skills necessary to prepare for the AutoDesk® AutoCAD®, AutoCAD® Architecture, AutoCAD® Civil 3D®, Autodesk® Inventor™, and Revit® Architecture certifications.*
