There was a time when I was working with a lot of HR professionals as a head hunter and I saw so many of these individuals go higher up in the professional ladder and become office manager and administrators, earning salaries in the high $90k or even in the $100k range. Obviously, these were in larger more developed firms but their jobs seemed so fun and interesting.
